Integrated canopy · Bar-style social space · Flexible entertainment
Explore an animated concept of the transition between an open cooking setting and a closed profile. This visualization illustrates the idea; the mechanism, equipment and layout are confirmed for each project.
Discover MAX, our hero social kitchen, PRO for compact spaces and dealer trials, and CUSTOM for project-specific layouts. Standard PRO/MAX samples can start with one unit; CUSTOM quantities require engineering review.

A compact 2300 mm format for showrooms, patios and residential projects, with manual roller-shutter or motorized lift-up configurations.

A 2900 mm movable outdoor social kitchen for cooking, gathering and entertaining, with motorized lift-up configurations in 880 or 960 mm depths.

Bespoke dimensions, finishes, layouts and OEM/ODM integration. Quantity and sample feasibility are evaluated for the project and approved engineering scope.

Lifestyle scenes on this page are AI-generated concept visualizations, not photographs of a delivered unit; model dimensions and equipment are confirmed in the approved specification.
Optional casters are available across the KAISTEEL range. All units must be disconnected from water, electricity and gas before moving.
Dimensions, weights, construction, appliance scope, exclusions and order basis are maintained on the dedicated PRO vs MAX buyer page.
†Loading quantities are preliminary and confirmed for the approved configuration and packing plan.
Specify the frame with a stainless-steel finish, sintered-stone cladding or marble cladding. Available across PRO, MAX and CUSTOM, with the finish and fixing details confirmed for the selected configuration.
304 / 316 options and surface treatments selected for the project and destination environment.
Optional sintered-stone facing for the frame and exterior panels, coordinated with the landscape and surrounding finishes.
Optional marble facing for a project-specific appearance; confirm the stone selection, panel layout and care requirements.
Cladding is a finish option, not a change to the structural frame material. Weight, fixing method, mobility and packing are reviewed in the approved drawings.
Test the product in your showroom, a customer project or a hospitality setting before planning repeat orders.
Product presentations, configuration guidance, image/video assets and quotation support help partners explain the range.
Move to small batches, container planning or project supply as demand develops. Territory arrangements require a separate performance review.
Compare packing volume, local assembly capability and landed cost. The September 2026 catalog lists 10 assembled PRO or 8 assembled MAX units per 40HQ for its illustrated configurations; modular quantities require a separate assessment.
Preliminary units per 40'HQ. Local positioning, anchoring and utility connection still require qualified installers.
Modular packing requires its own approved dimensions and loading plan. On-site resources and assembly time are confirmed for the final configuration.
Preliminary figures by model are maintained on the dedicated PRO vs MAX buyer page.
Figures are preliminary and confirmed in the final approved packing plan. Configuration, dimensions, weight distribution, packing method and destination requirements can change the result.
Qualified new partners may start with one standard PRO or MAX sample. CUSTOM quantities are reviewed individually. Choose System Shell, Appliance-Ready or Full Package; final scope, order quantity and logistics follow the quotation.
Structural enclosure, cabinetry and worktop. Cooking, refrigeration and other regulated equipment are sourced locally.
Openings and service interfaces are engineered only against the buyer's exact appliance model, manufacturer installation instructions, local requirements and approved drawings; there is no universal fixed cut-out size.
Appliances supplied only once exact model, certificate scope, voltage and gas type are confirmed.
For qualified B2B projects, KAISTEEL can support product configuration, exterior finish, brand identification and packaging customization. All OEM or private-label scope is controlled by approved drawings, technical specifications and order documents before production.
Production is coordinated through an approved manufacturing partner in Foshan, Guangdong, under KAISTEEL's order-specific specification, QC and documentation controls. Quotations, technical coordination and after-sales are handled directly by KAISTEEL LIMITED. Supplier history and facility qualifications are verified through controlled due diligence before being used for an order.
Catalog PRO/MAX builds use a galvanized steel frame, aluminium cabinetry and panels, and a 304 stainless-steel worktop and sink. Applicable 316 options are recommended for coastal or high-corrosion sites, subject to project review. The complete kitchen is not entirely stainless steel; the approved BOM governs.
15-year limited structural coverage, 5-year limited surface/finish coverage and 1-year mechanical/electrical functional-component coverage for residential and commercial use. Third-party appliances follow their manufacturers’ warranties.
Coverage addresses qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to care, exclusions and the applicable certificate. Labor, removal, reinstallation, freight, duties and taxes are excluded unless agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Public reference documents are available below, while controlled technical templates are available to qualified buyers on request. Each shipment is supported by an order-specific Compliance Dossier matched to the approved BOM and destination market.
Controlled specifications, QC templates and each shipment's order-specific dossier are supplied through the buyer workflow. Appliance or component certificates are matched to the exact model, rating and destination rather than presented as whole-system certification.
KAISTEEL creates a new generation of movable outdoor kitchens designed for cooking, gathering and entertaining. KAISTEEL LIMITED is the Hong Kong-registered brand and B2B seller, responsible for quotations, contracts, technical coordination and after-sales communication.
Production and quality control follow the order-specific specification, drawing approval and documentation regime described in the Manufacturing section.
Two points buyers commonly confirm before moving to configuration review.
KAISTEEL offers a System Shell supply path designed to reduce certification complexity at import: we supply the structural enclosure, cabinetry, worktop and agreed non-appliance components, with interfaces prepared for buyer-selected, locally certified appliances sourced in the destination market.
Final electrical, gas and plumbing connections remain the responsibility of licensed local tradespeople. KAISTEEL does not itself hold CE, UL, SAA or CSA marks for the complete system — see the full certification disclaimer and System Shell vs. Full Package comparison.
Our manufacturing side has previously produced outdoor-kitchen products for US customers on an OEM/private-label basis. KAISTEEL has not yet shipped to the United States under its own brand. We also support OEM and private-label programs.
Customer identities are not disclosed without prior written consent. Relevant manufacturing, specification and quality-control information can be provided during qualified project due diligence.
For Appliance-Ready supply, cut-outs, clearances, utility interfaces and fixing points are not standardized across all projects. They are determined from the buyer's exact appliance brand and model, the manufacturer's installation documentation, applicable local regulations and the approved order drawings.
Fully assembled outdoor kitchens occupy significant volume with trapped air. On current packing engineering, a 40'HQ can carry approximately 10 assembled PRO units or 8 assembled MAX units for the September 2026 catalog configurations; modular packing is assessed separately.
These figures are preliminary and confirmed on the final approved packing plan for each configuration. See the dedicated PRO vs MAX buyer page or our modular vs. assembled shipping guide for loading and freight detail.
