Confirmed against the approved order documents and production drawings. Worktop thickness, component materials and stainless grades follow the approved specification.

Cabinet body & doors	Aluminium cabinetry in the catalog base configurations; stainless-steel bodies are separately quoted upgrades	304 is the standard grade; 316 is available as an order-selected upgrade for coastal or higher-corrosion environments. Grade evidence can be supplied for the selected project material.
Sink, faucet & worktop	304 stainless-steel worktop and sink; faucet specification per BOM	Applicable 316 options, thickness and construction are confirmed in the approved BOM. Grade evidence can be supplied for the selected project material.
Exterior panels	Project-selected powder-coated aluminum system	Color, pretreatment and coating requirements are confirmed in the approved order. Applicable corrosion and weathering tests can be arranged or supplied for the selected substrate and coating system.
Hinges & door hardware	Manufacturer and model per approved BOM	Hinge type, material, fixing and performance are confirmed per configuration.

Factory-profile figures and qualifications are supplier-reported. 304 is the standard grade; 316 is available as an order-selected upgrade, not a blanket default — the exact grade supplied is confirmed on the quotation and Technical Freeze Sheet for each order.

Who is responsible for what.

Compliance responsibility: Equipment certification is provided by the appliance or gas-equipment supplier; cabinet and system integration compliance is controlled by the manufacturing site; KAISTEEL compiles and transfers the order-specific Compliance Dossier; the appointed importer or distributor fulfils destination-market legal obligations; and final electrical, gas and plumbing connections are completed by licensed local tradespeople. Certificate holder, exact model scope, ratings, validity and market acceptance are verified for each order.

Supplier-issued conformity documents may be available for selected component models, including CE documentation and, for Great Britain, UKCA or CE documentation as applicable under current destination requirements. Documents are verified against the actual model, destination market and validity at order confirmation. They do not constitute blanket certification of the complete KAISTEEL system. Controlled copies are provided to qualified buyers on request.

Production is coordinated through an approved manufacturing partner in Foshan, Guangdong, under KAISTEEL's order-specific specification, QC and documentation controls. Supplier history and facility qualifications are verified through controlled due diligence before being used for an order.

—Video factory reviews, third-party inspections and on-site audits can be arranged for qualified projects. Buyer-nominated inspections by organisations such as SGS or Bureau Veritas can be accommodated, subject to project scope and agreed cost allocation.

For each confirmed production lot or shipment, KAISTEEL compiles an order-specific Compliance Dossier matched to the approved BOM, selected components and destination market.

Material batch recordsApplicable SUS304/SUS316 evidence and structural-material declarations linked to the approved order.

Coating batch recordsCoating system, color/batch references and available film-thickness inspection records.

Applicable type testsSalt-spray and UV/weathering reports matched to the relevant substrate and coating system where available.

Exact-model certificatesElectrical and gas equipment documents checked against brand, model, rating, fuel type and destination scope.

Unit-level release evidenceNameplates, serial numbers and final QC records for the actual supplied configuration.

Packing & shipment evidenceCase identification, packing records and loading evidence prepared for the confirmed shipment.

Document timing: Required materials, tests and certifications are defined at Technical Freeze and completed during the production cycle. Material and coating records are batch-linked. Salt-spray and UV reports may be applicable type-test documents or project-specific tests, as agreed. Appliance and gas certificates are exact-model documents checked for scope and validity on each order. The indexed Compliance Dossier must be complete before shipment release.
