Qualified new partners may begin with one standard PRO or MAX demo/sample unit for a showroom or local market test. This is not a universal MOQ of one. CUSTOM quantity and sample feasibility require engineering review.

The U.S. 2026 Sample Equipment Credit Program applies to qualifying standard PRO/MAX sample orders confirmed September 1–December 31, 2026. Equipment value may be credited in full against a subsequent full-container equipment order, used within 6 months from sample shipment, subject to the formal quotation/PI.
Order and credit dates
Qualifying sample orders must be confirmed September 1–December 31, 2026. The equipment credit must be used within 6 months from the sample unit shipment date.
Eligible value
The equipment value of one qualifying standard PRO or MAX sample may be credited in full against the equipment value of a subsequent full-container order. This is equipment credit, not a cash refund or a free sample.
Excluded costs
Packaging, freight, duties/taxes, custom engineering and installation are excluded. The formal quotation or PI confirms eligibility and commercial terms.
Other markets and order support
This published schedule summarizes the U.S. dealer brief. Sample-credit availability for other markets and non-standard configurations must be confirmed in writing. There is no fixed MOQ across all orders; configuration, customization and the distribution or project plan determine quantity.
