Privacy Policy

Last reviewed: 1 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KAISTEEL LIMITED ("KAISTEEL", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (BRN/UBI 78595271), collects, uses and protects information submitted through kaisteelkitchen.com (the "Site").

This is a general-purpose policy for a B2B trade website and is not a substitute for legal advice. We recommend review by counsel familiar with the data-protection requirements of the markets we serve, including the EU/UK GDPR and Australia's Privacy Act.

1. What we collect

The Site is a static informational and enquiry site. We do not operate a public checkout or customer account system. Payments, where agreed after quotation and order confirmation, are requested separately under the applicable proforma invoice or sales contract. Information we may receive includes:

2. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts analytics through our cookie settings. Google Analytics helps us understand page use, document downloads and enquiry actions so that we can improve our B2B content. If analytics is rejected, the Google Analytics script is not loaded by the Site. We do not currently use third-party advertising or remarketing trackers.

The Site also uses browser session storage for necessary first-touch campaign and enquiry-intent attribution until the browser session ends. This information supports RFQ routing and source measurement and is not used for cross-site advertising. A visitor can review or change the analytics choice through the “Cookie settings” control displayed on the Site.

3. How we use information

4. Sharing

We do not sell enquiry or project information. We share it only with: (a) our approved manufacturing partner, to the extent needed to prepare a quotation, technical drawing or production order; (b) service providers that operate the Site, hosting infrastructure or RFQ form processing, including Formspree, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards; (c) a payment service provider where a buyer elects to use an approved payment method; or (d) authorities or advisers where required by law or necessary to protect KAISTEEL's legal rights.

4A. Payment information

Where a buyer uses an approved third-party payment service, payment-card data is entered directly into that provider's payment environment. KAISTEEL does not collect or store complete payment-card details through the Site. Payment processing is governed by the applicable payment provider's privacy terms as well as the agreed order documents.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry and order-related information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including applicable commercial, warranty and tax record-keeping periods, after which it is deleted or anonymized where practicable.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent us, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact sales@kaisteelkitchen.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

7. International transfers

As a Hong Kong-registered company working with a manufacturing partner in mainland China and buyers worldwide, information you send us may be processed outside your home jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure regardless of where it is processed.

8. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory data-protection law of the jurisdiction where you are located that cannot lawfully be excluded.
