Factory validation record

Recorded assembly data, with its limits stated clearly.

A controlled PRO and MAX trial provides a useful labour-planning reference, but it is not a guarantee for every site or configuration.

Home / Resources / Factory assembly validation

KAISTEEL recorded trial assemblies of PRO and MAX modular units using two people and approximately four hours per unit under controlled factory conditions. The record supports preliminary labour planning only; the approved drawings, BOM, issued assembly guide and actual site conditions control execution.

Recorded crew

Two people

The trial used a two-person assembly team familiar with the supplied components and sequence.

Recorded reference

Approximately four hours

The reference is per unit under the recorded trial conditions and is not a fixed installation promise.

Production team checking cabinetry and equipment fit-out on an outdoor kitchen
Factory fit-out and function-check stage; final components and sequence remain configuration-specific.

What the trial establishes

Repeatable sequence

Structural sections, cabinetry, finish panels, worktop and approved components can be assembled against controlled drawings and a defined sequence.

Planning reference

The recorded crew and time provide a starting point for labour and access planning before a modular shipment is approved.

Document dependency

The issued guide, approved BOM, drawings, packing list and configuration-specific instructions govern the supplied unit.

What the trial does not guarantee

VariableWhy the site result can differ
Unloading and accessContainer position, doorway clearance, travel path, lifting equipment and package handling are site-specific.
Crew capabilityInstaller familiarity, supervision, tools and local safe-working requirements affect duration.
ConfigurationAppliance scope, lift mechanisms, finishes, worktops, optional components and interface details vary by approved BOM.
Foundations and utilitiesBase preparation, anchoring, gas, electrical, water, drainage and local commissioning are not included in the recorded factory assembly time.
Weather and regulationOutdoor conditions, permits, inspections and licensed-trade requirements can change the site programme.
Final electrical, gas, water and drainage connections must be completed or verified by appropriately licensed local trades where required. KAISTEEL's assembly reference does not replace local engineering, safety or regulatory obligations.

Order-specific validation path

  1. Confirm destination, model, delivery format, appliance scope and intended site.
  2. Freeze the BOM, drawings, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
  3. Confirm package access, unloading, lifting aids, tools and local crew.
  4. Issue the configuration-specific assembly and packing documents.
  5. Inspect packages and identify components before assembly.
  6. Complete mechanical and supplied-component checks.
  7. Arrange licensed local utility connection and commissioning where required.
Qualified buyers with an active project may request the relevant controlled assembly record and order-specific document requirements during configuration review.
